How We Handle Your Data

We take your privacy seriously. Here’s how it works:

• You generate a Fastmail app-specific password, scoped to calendar access only
• We encrypt that password using AES-256, the same standard used by banks
• Your calendar data is never stored or cached
• Events are read only just-in-time, when you ask Jamie to take action
• Our team cannot view or decrypt your credentials
• You can revoke access at any time via Fastmail

We’d love to support OAuth in the future and will adopt it as soon as Fastmail makes it available for calendars.

2. Select Connect Calendar → Choose Fastmail
3. Enter your Fastmail email address
4. Create an app-specific password:
   • Visit: https://app.fastmail.com/settings/passwords
   • Click “Add app password”
   • Set the scope to Calendar only
   • Copy the password and paste it into HeyJamie
5. You’re connected. Jamie can now manage your calendar securely.
